About eight years ago I had what the doctor called inflammation of the appendix, and was told another attack would mean an operation. Since studying Christian Science I have had two attacks, the first being overcome in twelve hours and the second in twenty minutes, and without any operation. Bowel trouble, bronchitis, and other ills have been eradicated through this truth which makes free. I was healed in two treatments of a run down condition and severe backaches.

I am indeed grateful for the healing experienced, but even more for the spiritual uplift, and I am thankful to God for that good woman, Mrs. Eddy, who devoted her life to help mankind.—Meta A. Krulish, Astoria, Long Island, N. Y.

I wish to verify my daughter's testimony. The facts are as she has stated. When the last attack of appendicitis occurred my daughter and I were alone. It was in the night, and I was very much frightened, for at first she seemed to be suffering severely. We aroused ourselves to know the truth; then the thought came to me that as Christ Jesus healed centuries ago, the same divine power was with us now; and my daughter was healed.
