I have received so much help spiritually and physically through Christian Science that I am sending this testimony in the hope that it may help some one who has almost given up hope of ever being well again, as I had done. I had been under the care of doctors and specialists for about four years, owing to what was diagnosed as hardening of the arteries of the heart, rheumatism, and other ailments to which a condition of this kind leads. My suffering was intense and I was thoroughly discouraged. Finally, in 1914, I went to a Christian Science pratitioner, and through her treatment and loving guidance in the study of this saving truth I have been healed. I feel that I have been made over and have a new hold on life, and am gaining a more perfect understanding of the ever-present, loving, heavenly Father.
