A Letter from Mr. Willis

In announcing the retirement of Mr. Willis as one of the associate editors, the Directors wish to express their thanks to him for his long years of faithful service, and their earnest good wishes for the continuation of his usefulness.

Boston, Mass., June 1, 1916. Christian Science Board of Directors, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, Massachusetts.

Dear Brethren:— For fourteen consecutive years, in response to our Leader's call, it has been my privilege and joy to serve this great cause as an associate editor and member of the Bible Lesson committee, and during this time I have been encouraged and stimulated by the many assurances of attendant good which have come to me. Of late, however, I have felt the need of increased time for the study and practice of the Word, that I might be equipped for greater efficiency in contributing to the preparation of the Lesson-Sermons, the importance of which steadily grows upon my thought, and I am therefore led to tender you herewith my resignation of the associate editorship.
