It is with a grateful heart that I think of the wonderful help which Christian Science has been to me and my family, and I feel it a duty to tell others about some of the many blessings received through its teachings. It has made our home a place of peace and harmony. I became interested in this religion about ten years ago, through the healing of a friend, but I was very young and let error persuade me to discontinue the study. I was then living in the country, where I could not attend church, but a little over a year ago I moved to Kinston, N. C. I again became interested in Christian Science and have been studying it ever since, and I am truly thankful for the many benefits received through the study of the literature.
My wife and I have been healed in several instances and have had some good demonstrations with our two children. When our little boy was about three years old, he was taken with what seemed to be spasms one afternoon, right after waking from sleep, but a Christian Science practitioner was quickly called in and the child was soon quieted. That night another attack came on, worse than the first; but after the child quieted down that time, the fever cooled off, and he went to sleep and slept all night. When he awoke the next morning the fever was gone and he was as well as ever, and has been ever since. For this one demonstration I feel very thankful to God for the truth that makes us free. I cannot be too grateful for being led into Christian Science, and shall endeavor to advance daily in the understanding of Truth.
Troy Tyndall, Kinston, N. C.
