It is with heartful gratitude that I wish to acknowledge the healing in Christian Science of an organic trouble from which I had suffered for years. When severe attacks of pain came on, nothing but an opiate would relieve the suffering, and physicians said that an immediate operation would be necessary.
In the mean time my niece had been healed in Christian Science, and when I saw what it had done for her, I at once decided to try it. I was healed in the first treatment, although I did not realize this for quite a while afterward, and was cured of stomach disorder at the same time. I went home, took a ten-room house, and did all the work connected with cleaning and setting it. I also took care of the furnace all winter. Prior to this I had boarded, and I never expected to keep house again, as I did not feel equal to the task; but after the first treatment in Christian Science I was lifted out of this condition so completely that I felt I could do anything which was necessary.
I have been healed of many minor ailments, and am able to do fine needlework without glasses, after having worn them for fifteen years. I am very grateful for the knowledge of Christian Science, and that I am able to help others.
