With a grateful heart I feel that it is time for me to add my mite in the Master's name, in the hope that it may help some one as I have been helped by reading the testimonies in the Sentinel.

For many years I suffered from severe headaches and internal ailments, and for several years from stomach, bowel, and kidney trouble. In fact my whole body seemed a wreck. A few years ago I was led through desperation to ask for Christian Science treatment, realizing at last that materia medica could do no more for me, since three doctors had failed to give relief and all agreed that an operation was the only thing that would help me. A practitioner sixty miles away was asked to treat me, and almost immediate relief from the distress in the stomach was experienced, so that for the first time in many months I was able to eat whatever I wished without suffering.

While my healing has been somewhat slow, the headaches and internal trouble gradually disappeared, and they have not returned. In the spring I had an attack of the stomach disorder, but it was entirely overcome through Christian Science treatment. I am now stronger that ever before and can perform my daily duties without stopping to think what the result will be from extra exertion, while before coming into Science I never knew what a well day was.
