It is with pleasure that I tell of what Christian Science has done for us. Three years ago last June my father was fixing a belt on a line shaft, when his sleeve became entangled in the set screw of a fly-wheel going at the rate of one hundred and thirty-five revolutions a minute. He had been on the shaft about twenty minutes when I found him. His clothes were torn off to his waist and his body was terribly lacerated. I stopped the engine, cut him down, and by that time my mother had called a Christian Science practitioner. The result of the treatment was that in one week my father was able to go down-town. He never lost a night's sleep. His healing was truly wonderful.

One evening a short time ago I stepped off a street-car, breaking a bone in my ankle. In the morning I called for Christian Science treatment, and in a few days I was able to wear my shoe and walk. I am very grateful for what Christian Science has done for me and mine.
