I send this testimony with a thankful heart and a deep sense of gratitude. I did not come to Christian Science through the healing of a serous disorder, but I have been healed of many minor ills since I began its study. Through its teachings as set forth in the text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, I have received many blessings. At both the Wednesday evening meetings and the Sunday services I have received much benefit, and I am thankful to God for the help and the understanding I have gained. I am also very grateful for our Christian Science literature; it is indeed uplifting, and teaches us to know how to think. Many times I have been lifted out of a sense of gloom into man's rightful inheritance of joy and peace. If we follow our Leader's admonition to watch and pray, we will always have the joy and peace "which passeth all understanding."
I thank those who have helped me so kindly, and I am very grateful that there was one pure enough and patient enough to reveal this truth to the world. It was through Mrs. Eddy's diligent work and untiring Christian faith that she was enabled to receive the understanding of the Bible and demonstrate God's omnipotent power and love.
