St. Petersburg, Fla.—A deal has been closed by which Noel A. Mitchell sells to the Christian Science church his very desirable lot on the corner of North Fourth avenue and Fifth street. The lot is 100 by 100 feet, facing south and east, with a frontage on Lake park, making it an ideal location for a church. The Christian Science church building, 406 Third Street South, is not adequate for the requirements of the Christian Science congregation, it being necessary to use the La Plaza theater on Sunday mornings in the winter season, and the building is not large enough to care for the people who desire to attend the Wednesday evening services.
