I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me and my husband. I had severe hemorrhages, and it seemed that I would pass out under materia medica, but at this point Christian Science healed me. Besides this, my husband was almost blind, his condition being supposedly due to steel dust from filing of saws, which got into his eyes. He tried all material means, but they failed, and finally he was unable to see the house when we drove up to our home. He then decided to take Christian Science treatment; and while the healing was not immediately successful, after a few months he was healed, and became interested sufficiently to know that he had to understand the truth in order to receive the greatest help. I am very grateful for the understanding received from the study of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," and later from class instruction, as it has enabled me to help myself and others. My earnest desire is to be obedient to the teachings and take the steps as our Leader has directed us, and to follow the message of Christ as given in the Bible.
