I turned to Christian Science five years ago, and since...
I turned to Christian Science five years ago, and since that time it has met my every need. For several years I had been a semiinvalid, and had been told that I might as well make up my mind to be patient as I would probably always be in that condition, which was certainly very discouraging. I have, however, been freed from the extremely nervous condition which held me in bondage for so long. All my life I had been subject to throat trouble, and the removal of the tonsils, besides several minor operations, was of no avail. When, shortly after taking up the study of Christian Science, I had an attack of this ailment, I went to a practitioner, and as a result of her faithful work I was completely healed in five days, and entirely free from the usual month of convalescence. I had worn glasses for nearly five years for conditions which specialists said I had had from birth, but after my healing in Christian Science I was able to lay them aside in a very short time.
About four years ago our little daughter, now twelve years of age, was healed of hernia, from which she had suffered almost from birth, and she was also healed of a stomach disorder which appeared periodically. These are only a few of the physical conditions of which we have been freed; indeed, it is only a very small part of what Christian Science has done for us. I am truly thankful that Christian Science came to me when it did.
Mrs. Corine B. King, Auburn, N. Y.
