My thought is full of gratitude as I recall the many ways in which I have been benefited through Christian Science. One morning while walking on the street, I fell, wrenching my ankle badly, and later on I found that a varicose vein in my leg had broken. The pain was so severe that I called a practitioner, and in about three weeks the limb was entirely healed, and the ailment has never returned. In all this time I was not obliged to be in bed an hour. A large lump under one knee also disappeared with a few days' treatment. Through vaccination in youth, I had been troubled all my life with terrible itching and eruptions, which would appear and disappear on my limbs. This also was sent into its native nothingsness. Once again it appeared, but quickly vanished as the light of Truth was turned on it. Many minor ailments have also been overcome by the application of the truth.—Mrs. Harriet B. Ball, Pasadena, Cal.
