I am grateful that Christian Science came into my life

I am grateful that Christian Science came into my life. The reading of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy has healed me of a bowel disorder and various discordant conditions. I took up the study of Christian Science in 1904, and since that time this blessed truth has been my only physician, and it has at all times met my needs. When I became interested in Christian Science, I had a rather limited knowledge of the English language, but I was healed through the reading of the text-book, although I read it with difficulty. This proved to me that it does not require an academic education to gain an understanding of God,—His unerring, eternal laws and His goodness. I wish to state that my healing and the overcoming of various difficulties was accomplished without the aid of a practitioner. I have found the study of the Christian Science literature is very helpful in business, because it is a constant source of good ideas.

I thank God, our Saviour Christ Jesus, also our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, who has so lovingly labored for the redemption of mankind.—Matthew Voney, St. Louis, Mo.
