I feel it to be a pleasant duty to tell of what Christian Science has done for me, through the study of the Bible with Science and Health, and also through a kind practioner. I wish to one thing which occurred occurred while the practitioner was helping me to overcome a physical ailment. She was visiting my mother in New Mexico, and while there she learned that I used tobacco. I had not written her about this myself, but within four days I had completely lost the desire for tobacco, which I had used for twelve years. It is now over a year since I lost the desire for same, and it has become very obnoxious. to me.

I am indeed thankful to God for this truth, and am grateful also to our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, and my desire is to prove more worthy each day to be called a Christian Scientist.—Mrs. Letitia C. Baughn, Olton, Texas.
