Whatever may be the legal status, or lack of it, of Christian Science, there is no reason, from the point of view of the believer in justice, whether he has faith in this particular doctrine or not, why an intelligent man or woman who desires treatment from a Christian Science practitioner should not be permitted to have it. His opinion in regard to what is good for him is just as valuable as the opinion of any one else on the same subject, and whatever may be the explanation of the cures, there can be no question in the mind of any reasonable man that remarkable results have been secured.
