I feel it a duty to add my testimony to the thousands of others, in the hope that some sufferer may reap the benefit of it. Over seven years ago I was healed of chronic stomach affection from which I had suffered for eleven years. Doctors failed to help me, and I was a slave to drugs, but it was impossible for me to eat even a piece of bread without great distress. I had concluded to end my life, as I saw no other way, but little did I dream that deliverance was so near. Christian Science was brought to my notice by a dear girl, and two or three treatments I was entirely healed. Other conditions yielded at the same time.

My gratitude is unbounded, and more than all for the spiritual uplift. Words are surely inadequate to express my love and thankfulness to God, also to our noble Leader. I hope to prove by my life that I am worthy to be called a Christian Scientist.
