It is with the greatest joy and gratitude that I add my testimony to the many others that I have read in the Sentinel and Journal. I came into Science over a year ago, for physical healing, and received so much spiritual enlightenment that it is my greatest aim in life to try to impart some to my fellow-men. The trouble was an exposed nerve after the extraction of a tooth. For weeks the pain was so intense that, after being poulticed, drugged, and examined by the president of the Sydney Dental Board, and a well-known Sydney specialist, with no result, I at last turned to Christian Science in my extremity, and gradually the difficulty was overcome.

Since then I have had many demonstrations of the everpresence of divine Love, some of them being instantaneous. One evening, while at tea, I accidentally cut my thumb. I instantly declared the truth, that nothing could harm God's child, and went on with my tea, but when I had finished I examined the injury closely. It was still stinging, but not a drop of blood flowed. Another almost instantaneous demonstration was help given to our maid, who came to me in tears, saying that she was in great pain. I told her that I was a Christian Scientist and would help her if she like. Upon her consenting, I set to work at once, and in a very few minutes she told me that the pain had gone.

For these blessings, for our helpful literature, especially our text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," and for the life of our dearly beloved Leader, I thank God, and my prayer is that I may follow humbly and faithfully in the footsteps of our Master, Christ Jesus.
