About seven years ago, after suffering for months with rheumatic trouble and not receiving help from my physician, I went to see a Christian Science practitioner. I was entirely healed in two or three treatments, and the healing has been permanent. About a year from this time I had a severe attack of illness, suffering intense pain for hours. After trying all the remedies known to materia medica, I again turned to Christian Science. It was about twelve o'clock at night, and as I had to walk several blocks I woke my daughter and requested her to go with me. We reached the practitioner's in a few minutes, and in less than a half hour I was returning home without any sense of pain, being perfectly healed. For the physical healing at these times I am very grateful to Christian Science, and my heart overflows with gratitude and love to God, and to our dear Leader for the spiritual light I am receiving each day.
