AMONG THE CHURCHES

Third Church of Christ, Scientist, in London, which has hitherto made its headquarters in the Portman Rooms in Baker street, has, we are informed, acquired a valuable site in Curzon street, where, as soon as the ground has been cleared, a church of its own will be built. The purchase price of the site alone is said to have amounted to £40,000, while the building will cost at least an equal amount.
