I was first attracted to Christian Science about two years ago by having our little girl treated for a stomach trouble. The results results obtained appeared so wonderful that I made up my mind to give it careful investigation. I secured a copy of Science and Health, and during spare moments read it. As it appeared to me, at first, to contradict the Bible, I was forced to refer to the Bible very often, and in this way I learned that Science and Health is indeed a "Key to the Scriptures." During the two years in which I have been interested in Christian Science I have been treated for and relieved of several very bad habits, among them whisky drinking, excessive profanity, and the use of tobacco in every form, a habit of twenty years' standing. I was also healed of a cough which had annoyed me for nearly two years. Before knowing of Christian Science I was constantly taking remedies for first one trouble and then another. I am now enjoying much better health than ever before, and have not missed a day from my business in two years.

We have four children, the oldest of whom is five years, and since learning of the efficiency of Christian Science we have depended upon it entirely in the care of them. They do not know what medicine means.

I am indeed grateful to Mrs. Eddy for making all these blessings possible for myself and family
