I am sending my testimony as an expression of sincere gratitude. For about twenty years I had been afflicted with severe bowel trouble, so that I was often confined to my bed, and the attending physician said that an operation might be necessary. In order to avoid this I turned to Christian Science, of which I had heard a short time before. A practitioner gave me such convincing information on the subject, that I asked for treatment with the greatest confidence; and a blessed result was effected.

"After several weeks' treatment all the old trouble vanished, and since then (about two years ago) I am able to do whatever I wish. I desire to make special mention of the refreshing sleep which I now enjoy, and I am most grateful for the smaller and greater demonstrations of the truth which I have been able to make in our own home. My sense of fear has left me since I knew God through Christian Science.
