Dear Madam:— May we add our tribute of love and respect to the many you are doubtless receiving to the memory of your dear husband?

A long business connection made us well acquainted with his thorough sincerity, so that we always felt an absolute trust in any statement by him. His loss to the Society in which he took such a deep interest will be severely felt, but to the business world is almost irreparable, as there are so few in whom we can have such implicit faith as was possible in his case.
