I feel very grateful for this opportunity of telling how wonderfully I have been benefited by Christian Science. Having suffered for many years with many ailments, some of them seemingly very serious, and receiving no help from materia medica, I felt quite hopeless until I heard of Christian Science. I then decided to see a practitioner with the thought that if there was any good in the Science I would get it. The second day I felt greatly relieved and at the end of a week I knew I was completely healed. I have never ceased to rejoice over this blessing and to feel a deep sense of gratitude to Mrs. Eddy for opening up this way in Divine Science wherein we may know the truth that makes free. For the past fifteen months I have been able to attend to the duties of a large family without help. I have studied the literature during this time and for several months have been able to demonstrate the truth for members of my family and some others.
