Under widely varying conditions, physical as well as mental, Christian Science has been proved to me to be a panacea for all discords. Ever since taking up the study of this truth, over seven years ago, neither my wife nor I have resorted to any material remedies, nor have our two children taken any. When discordant conditions have appeared in our home, Truth has been the healer in every instance, dispelling the dark clouds of sense, sometimes instantaneously. Chronic catarrh, which had annoyed me for several years, and which did not yield to the physician's efforts, was overcome by reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by our beloved Leader.

I wish to relate a case of healing which proved beyond a doubt the healing power of Truth. About four years ago our little boy was suffering from a heavy cold. My wife and I had been called away, and not fearing for the safety of the child, we left him in charge of a relative, who was not a Scientist. Upon our return that evening, we were advised by this relative to do something at once to relieve him. I had a clear sense of the power of Truth, and rebuked the error audibly. The relief was instantaneous, the child resting peacefully thereafter.

I know that thousands already "rise up" with me, and call our Leader "blessed,"—those who seek a higher, purer sense of Life, of God.
