I became interested in Christian Science, but had a great deal of opposition to contend with and darkness seemed to enclose me around. I was in a very bad condition physically. I went to a physician, who made an examination and pronounced my condition tumorous. She gave little encouragement, and I went directly from her office to a Christian Science practitioner. After I had been treated, and while on the way home, these words that Jesus spoke to Martha came to me, "Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?" I knew that God would heal me! I was entirely healed in about four weeks. I am indeed grateful for physical healing, but to me the spiritual uplifting was far greater.

Words cannot express the gratitude I feel to God, who has guided me into the right path, and to our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, who has shown us the way from sense to Soul.
