It is with sincere gratitude that I send this testimony of my perfect healing. When Christian Science was first recommended to me, I was suffering from heart trouble and the worst form of skin disease. The latter complaint I had endured for five years and was obliged to be bandaged continually. Materia medica could do nothing for me, and the disease was spreading over my whole body. This was my serious condition when I asked for help from Christian Science. A practitioner gave me absent treatment; I improved at once, and after a few weeks all the trouble left me and I found myself in better health than I had known for many years. On account of one of the troubles I had been obliged to wear very large boots, but now the feet and legs are quite their normal size and I am able to wear ordinary-sized boots. I should like to add that I am seventy years of age. This experience has given me a realization of the presence of divine Love that I never dreamed of possessing before, and I thank God from the depth of my heart for having given this understanding of Truth to mankind through Mrs. Eddy. I am reading Science and Health and the Sentinel regularly. I hope to grow in knowledge and to help others.
