When I first took Christian Science treatment I was a total wreck. In one week I was a new being. My feet no longer seemed weighted down with chains. I could enter into tasks energetically, whereas before I had drudged through them as if the burden of nations was upon my shoulders. The spirit of peace seemed to have entered my consciousness.
Since that first week of Science, three years ago, I have received many blessings, so many of the small things in life have yielded to Love's thought.
About a year and a half ago I lost entire control of a certain muscle which the physician pronounced incurable except through a surgical operation. I again applied to Science, and in three days the muscle was again acting at my will.
