Influence of Mind upon the Body
In The Mail and Express
To the Editor of The Mail and Express.
Sir:— — In the issue of The Mail and Express for last Saturday there appeared an article dealing with the interesting experiments of Dr. William G. Anderson, of Yale University, which prove the remarkable influence of mind upon the body. The writer of this article states of the deduction drawn from these experiments
"It is the same idea which Mrs. Eddy reduces to absurdity in Science and Health, when she says the blacksmith's biceps are not produced by his wielding of the hammer, but by his belief in the muscular effect of the blows."
