I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude for the great help and encouragement afforded me by the Journal and Sentinel. I have read the Journal for several years and the Sentinel since it first appeared, and I feel I should try to say something that may be a help to others in return.
Christian Science has been no joke to me, and in struggling to leave the old way for the new, self has been crucified. Now, after four or five years of pegging on, studying, and demonstrating all I can (often seeming to fail), I think I am getting to the place where I can say I am glad of the past suffering, which to me was inevitable in order to reach a more wholesome mental state.
I am truly grateful to my kind healer who labored for me during weeks, seeming to meet with small return, also to help received after a severe bicycle accident, all traces of which disappeared within the week.
