A Personal Word

I am compelled to announce that I am not subject to personal interviews relative to matters connected with the Board of Education. I can only refer intending applicants to the Church Manual, the information contained in the application blanks, and the notice in our publications. These contain all the information I could give in a personal interview.

Let those who wish to apply send their applications accompanied with such explanation, in brief, as they deem necessary, and in due time, they will be notified of the decision of the Board. If any question exists one member of the Board cannot pass upon the sufficiency or otherwise of applications. This must be done by the Board as a whole.

I again emphasize the following By-Law:—

"Students are examined and given certificates by this Board, for no other purpose than teaching Christian Science. All other applicants will be dismissed."

Letters received indicate that this provision is being ignored. It will be strictly enforced.
