For many years I have enjoyed the benefits of Christian Science. This Science was first brought to my attention when I was fifteen years old by a friend of the family, and its promise seemed very great. A year later, when I witnessed a quick healing, I accepted the Christ, Truth.

A recent healing has meant very much to me. For about twenty years I had a small lump on my body. It caused me no discomfort and was not very noticeable. However, over a year ago this lump started to enlarge at a rapid rate, and was quite sore. At this point I was praying earnestly and trying to rule out fear. After a few weeks I realized the need of help from a Christian Science practitioner. Prayerful treatment was given for two weeks, but I was not making apparent progress. I began feeling quite ill and then a severe cold was added. Again I talked with the faithful practitioner who was praying for me, and asked for help so that I could fulfill my post as Second Reader the following day.

Sunday morning when I arose, I realized the cold was completely healed, and by the time our service began, I felt free and healed of any illness. After church I realized that the lump on my body was no longer sore, and it was then that I knew the completeness of my healing. The lump then diminished daily until it was completely gone.
