UNDEPLETED POWER
Grounded from lack of energy and power?
Let us resort to swift uplifted sight—
the quickened gaze, Love's eagle flight
of man's unfettered hope,
soaring above the transient tyrannies
of insufficiency upon the earth.
Man's share, all unpolluting, is not dearth.
It "reigns" not from a self that never climbs.
It stems directly from the all-acting Mind
whose unlabored vigor is the kind
that all may use, exhaustlessly;
its "fallout" has the beauty of a song
and therefore cannot wrong ... but only bless
the trusting hearts that sing its harmonies.
