SPIRITUALIZING THOUGHT

by letting Truth shine through everything we do

Can anyone honestly say his work is enjoyable every day? Anyone can who has gained a consistent spiritual sense of his daily activities.

This sense comes from knowing that, in reality, as a spiritual idea of Mind, God, he is always about his Father's business. Confidently, he goes about doing his work by striving to let the light of the Christ, Truth, shine through what he does. Secure in the knowledge of his harmonious, true being in the likeness of Spirit, he sets himself the goal of conducting his affairs in such a way as to make them constant examples of glorifying his heavenly Father, divine Love.

He starts each day by recognizing he is actually the man of God's perfect creating and therefore God alone assigns him his activity. God, he affirms, gives him all the wisdom, strength, joy, ability, and initiative needed to accomplish each task successfully. The qualities God gives enable him to complete his tasks with a feeling of satisfaction, achievement, and reward—the ideal elements of any job.
