A High School Student Writes
We Can Do Our Part
We can do our part to help the world, and we can do it now. I used to think I didn't have to, or I wasn't ready to, or I wasn't old enough. But then I started thinking and learning in Christian Science more about my identity as a child of God.
Time is no part of God, eternal Life, and as children of God, we are all ageless. In Science and Health Mrs. Eddy says: "Never record ages. Chronological data are no part of the vast forever." Science and Health, p. 246; The way we grow and the way our prayers get powerful is through our spiritual understanding and receptivity, not years. Using the knowledge of God and of man's relationship to Him that we get from Christian Science will help us grow spiritually and demonstrate more of the Science of our being.
