Shine Forth!
If you have tried long and hard to solve some problem—say of health or happiness—and have met with no noticeable success, don't give up. The answer is at hand, and you can prove that it is.
The discords of material sense have no real basis or authority because they are not of God, eternal good. They are evidence of mankind's mistaken views of the truth of real being, or lies about it. In either case, they are falsities. The affirmation of infinite Truth, understood and adhered to, is prayer that wins through to a right solution of a problem.
Prayer in Christian Science denies the misstatements of error as the bluff and imposition of a limited, personal sense of existence and affirms that God, divine Truth, is the reality of all being. Prayer, or treatment, in Christian Science is always from the standpoint of the unimpeachable perfection and allness of God and the consequent immortality and harmony of man as God's creation.
