Communication: New and Old
In the great worldwide effort to improve communication, the most ancient type of communication is generally overlooked entirely. This is the communication between God and man that guided Biblical prophets and patriarchs.
Is communication from God possible today? Christian Science explains that it is and that God has never ceased imparting wisdom and understanding to His beloved children. Many are not aware of this communication. They do not listen to God, because they are taken in by the universal false belief that man is strictly material and is controlled by a mortal mind, or brain.
When this false belief is replaced with true understanding of the one divine Mind, God, and its perfect individual expressions, human thought will then turn to Mind instead of to mortal opinions and beliefs. In this frame of reference, human thought will be more receptive of divine communication.
