The Song the Angels Sing
Music is the discipline of passing moments. It is a joy to observe an accomplished musician as he works and waits in controlled obedience to the orderly unfoldment of notes. The laws of music, demanding strict adherence in the name of harmony, hint the control of Principle, God, at work in human consciousness.
The highest manifestation of control and harmony is typified by Christ Jesus, whose selfless obedience to the laws of good corrected the discords of suffering mankind. In the strife-torn world of today it may be difficult to conceive of the vast joy that would prevail if all mankind followed the harmony-bringing example of the Master. Yet, in foretelling the human manifestation of Christ, Truth, the Scriptural prophecy points to the astounding magnitude of his work. Inevitably a time will come, as the familiar hymn has it,
