THOUGHTS ON LOVE
Love is from within,
Gentle and peaceful.
Outwardly it expresses
Sure happiness,
Active enjoyment of good
In others.
It means knowing when someone
Needs a kind word,
Needs a good joke,
Needs a helping hand.
Be grateful that our days
Can be given to thinking and acting
On these things,
Rather than tilling the soil.
