My husband passed on very suddenly ten years ago
My husband passed on very suddenly ten years ago. There had been no illness; therefore I was in no way prepared for this experience. The first month after his passing I was entirely free from grief or discord of any kind. Then one morning I awakened feeling as if the whole world were resting on my shoulders. I had a great sense of heaviness and despondency.
I was quite perplexed and a little confused that such an argument should present itself. However, I knew I wanted no part of this lie, and I immediately called a Christian Science practitioner to support me in my own efforts to claim man's perfection as the image and likeness of God.
The suggestion of death was so tenacious that it was necessary for me to have the services of a Christian Science nurse day and night, as well as treatment from the practitioner.
