"To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings." These words from Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy (Pref., p. vii) have always been an inspiration to me. I am very grateful for Christian Science and all it has done for my family and for me. I am grateful for the privilege of having attended a Christian Science Sunday School as a child.

I have found Christian Science invaluable in rearing a family. We have had many beautiful healings. My daughter, as a small child, was healed of a badly infected throat. I was a very young mother at the time, and having been reared in Christian Science, I expected complete healings whenever the truth was applied. I had the help of a kind practitioner, and within two days the little girl was entirely well.

When our son was two and a half, he had the symptoms of poliomyelitis. I had a practitioner help me in this case too. The child slept most of the first day. The next day he wanted to get up, and later in the day I dressed him. As he ran out in our yard to play, he was limping. The prayerful work of the practitioner had so freed my thought of fear that I was able to loose him and to see him as wholly in God's care. When he came in from play, he was not limping and was completely healed.
