Man Is Innocent
By understanding God one can see that man is innocent of all the false accusations the material senses claim to make.
Based upon Biblical authority, Christian Science affords proof that man is the image and likeness of his creator. Mrs. Eddy states, "Man is spiritual and perfect; and because he is spiritual and perfect, he must be so understood in Christian Science." Science and Health, p. 475; Man is the innocent child of the one Father. He is the manifestation of divine, infinite intelligence and expresses all the qualities of Love.
Because in reality each one of us is the son of God, it is not enough to declare this truth only for certain individuals; we must know it for all. To judge another verbally or mentally by indulging in unhelpful or unjust criticism and in condemnation of him is an intense wrong. It ignores the spirituality of man and disobeys the admonition of Christ Jesus, "As ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise." Luke 6:31;
