THE MASTER'S LESSON
John 8:7
A sinner is first to cast a stone?
But actually aren't most of us prone
To magnify the faults in others
And minimize our own?
Surely a more Christian exercise
To heed the Master's sage advice:
Let him that is without sin
Be first to criticize.
Love never casts a stone at another;
But they that love—enfold in love—a brother.
