CONCEPTS AT CROSSROADS

Their god is dead? Feel no surprise
That he who languished in the skies
Should topple from his baseless throne
Unseen, unheard, and never known!

Did he in stone or beast reside?
Where was their god before he "died"?

All ye dismayed, whose god is dead,
Behold the living God instead!
Imaged in each gracious deed.
Befriending man in direst need;
See patience, truth, see love and grace
Reflecting God in radiant face.
See God in healing ministry,
from bondage setting mankind free;
Know all creation He designed
To manifest the perfect Mind
That was, and is, will ever be
One God through all eternity!
