The words in this issue are related to the Lesson-Sermon in the CHRISTIAN SCIENCE QUARTERLY designated to be read in Christian Science churches on October 9, 1966.

God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us (Ps. 67:1)

Moffatt translates the verse in more modern language thus: "O God, bless us with thy favour, may thy face smile on us."

Thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation (Ps. 91:9)
