The Proper Removal of Error
[Of special interest to children]
Jim had worked out many problems through Christian Science. He knew that trust in God, his Father-Mother, and the understanding of himself as God's child would solve anything.
One day when he was swimming in a neighbor's pool, a friend noticed sore spots on the bottom of his foot and told him they should be taken off by a doctor because they were ingrown warts. This friend added that he himself had had this condition and that only surgery could help.
Jim told his father about this, and they both agreed that Jim should have help in overcoming the condition. So he went to see a Christian Science practitioner. Although he had often had Christian Science treatment, Jim had never visited a practitioner's office. Now he looked around the cheerful room with much interest. He readily answered the practitioner's questions about his understanding of Christian Science. He told her of several healings he had experienced, and he assured her that he knew the sore spots on his foot could be healed through prayer.
