WORDS OF CURRENT INTEREST
[The words in this issue are related to the Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly designated to be read in Christian Science churches on January 23, 1966.]
My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb (Deut. 32:2)
The phrase "my doctrine" is modernized into "my message" by Moffatt and Smith. "The small rain" is variously translated as "mists," "gentle rain," or "storms."
Hilkiah (Jer. 1:1)
