I am truly grateful to have...

I am truly grateful to have Christian Science. It has been my only hope since I learned of it seven years ago. I knew then that I had found what I needed. I began to attend a branch church and enrolled my children in Sunday School. I went to a Christian Science Reading Room and purchased a copy of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. I also went to see a Christian Science practitioner. Words cannot express my gratitude for the love that met me, led me, and gently lifted me up.

The understanding that I am gaining through my study of this Science is a continual blessing to me. Before, I felt alone and unable to stand. Now I glimpse man's relationship to God, Love, as His idea and know that man is never alone but eternally one with the Father, and in this oneness he stands in the strength of perfection. I am grateful for the many experiences that have compelled me to turn away from material existence and, in words from Hymn No. 154 in the Christian Science Hymnal, to "find my life as God's own child."

Many blessings have come to me and my family as a result of Christian Science. Suggestions of lack of harmony, health, and supply have been reversed. The symptoms of what appeared to be the beginning of a nervous breakdown were quickly overcome as a Christian Science practitioner kindly directed my thought toward the completeness and permanence of God's kingdom.
