For many years I had experienced severe headaches, which incapacitated me for a couple of days at a time. After I began to study Christian Science, the severity and frequency of the attacks diminished somewhat, and I was able at times to do my own prayerful work to realize my freedom from the condition. But I had not yet realized complete healing.

Then, while I was having class instruction, an attack of migraine tried again to overwhelm me. My own prayers did not dispel it, so I asked a consecrated worker in Christian Science to help me. The work was quick and effective—it was so effective that not until some years later did I realize I had had no further attacks.

There has been an interesting additional effect from this healing. Before it occurred, I often heard discussions concerning migraine when among acquaintances, at my office, on buses, and in similar places. It has been years since I remember hearing anyone mention this ailment.
