After about twenty years of...
After about twenty years of endless blessings gained through the study of Christian Science, it is my duty and privilege to express written gratitude for Christ Jesus, our Way-shower, for our revered Leader, and for the whole Christian Science movement.
Reading the first few pages of our textbook by Mrs. Eddy for the first time convinced me that here indeed was the truth that makes one free. In fact, I gained immediate freedom from the drinking habit.
Through my gradually increasing understanding of the teachings of Christian Science, I have been able to demonstrate dominion over apparent lack and other evils, and injuries sustained in falls have been quickly healed. Our three children, pupils of the Christian Science Sunday School since their very early years, have risen above so-called children's complaints and have successfully enjoyed the testing time of important examinations. For these and many other proofs of God's love and protection, I am most grateful.
