I desire to express my profound and sincere gratitude for the innumerable blessings with which Christian Science has provided me. I have been attending a branch church regularly since the latter part of 1949, and I have been a member of The Mother Church since 1957. From the beginning I have been helped, with much love and tenderness, by dedicated and kind practitioners, and my understanding of God has brought about various healings and successful demonstrations for members of my family.

I should like especially to relate here a healing that I obtained through the application of Science and that I pray God may serve as a comfort to all who may find themselves afflicted as I was at the time.

I began to have trouble with my vision. I could not read anything because I kept seeing jumbled and blotchy letters. I thought I needed to change the lenses of the glasses I used for work, and I went to an oculist for a consultation. I am an office worker; and, besides various other jobs, I am obliged to read newspapers and magazines for a card-indexing service, and these newspapers are almost always poorly printed, having faint and very small type.
